Get What You Want in Life

I Feel Helpless

by Michael Robinson

You can do This

Feeling helpless is a feeling that you are unable to help yourself.

Do you feel this way?

The good news is that you're not alone.

Many people have felt this way at one time or another. The bad news is that you won't get anything done as long as you feel helpless.

How do you go from feeling like you're unable to help yourself to helping yourself again?

The first step to helping yourself, and not being dependent on others is realizing that being helpless is a result from trying to accomplish something, but failing more than once.

And when you think of giving that something another shot, you suddenly remember about the times you've failed in the past and feel there's no use in trying, because you supposedly know the outcome.

Or you could feel that you don't believe in yourself.

An Idea That Will Help
You Help Yourself

There's hope, because feeling helpless is a learned behavior which means that you can unlearn it.

And you understand that you fail, but everyone else fails too.

Failure is normal.

Isolate exactly what you've tried in the past, and failed to accomplish, so you can pinpoint where you need to focus your attention.

There's no way around it.

If you want to achieve something that you've failed to accomplish, you must try again.

Only you can unlearn helplessness, and get back on track.

Good luck!

Overcome Self Sabotage!

Below are common challenges that get in the way. Although they're common, they're not friendly. These challenges can last a lifetime.

Overcoming these challenges can remove years of stress and worry from your life, and get you the results you want in life.

What's in your way?

Becoming the best version of yourself becomes much easier once you become clear on who you want to be, and have a better understanding of why you do the things you do and don't do.

And overcoming self-sabotage becomes easier once you recognize what's holding you back.
