Get What You Want in Life

I Feel Hopeless

by Michael Robinson

Where Does Hopelessness Come From?

Is hopelessness a feeling that what you want can't be had, or is hopelessness an indifferent feeling you have towards what you wanted to achieve?

To answer that, you should understand that there is a progression to hopelessness.

First, you may feel like things won't turn out the way you want them to, and then, as time goes by and no signs of hope are realized, you may actually stop caring about the outcome.

Hopelessness can also turn into depression.

Depression shows that there's still a desire for hope. Feeling depressed may not be as bad as you may think (unless it gets really bad), because a sign of hope can easily bring you out of depression.

And that's great news!

Indifference on the other hand shows little or no concern for what you wanted to achieve. Although, you may not be in a constant negative state of mind (like feeling depressed), feeling indifferent may cause you to completely get rid of what you wanted for so long.

Having hope is a sign of what you want can be had.

How to Have Hope Again

Here are ways you can do that:

Feeling hopeful tomorrow has a lot to do with what you do today. Keep possibilities on your mind. Have faith in them, and your efforts.

Overcome Self Sabotage!

Below are common challenges that get in the way. Although they're common, they're not friendly. These challenges can last a lifetime.

Overcoming these challenges can remove years of stress and worry from your life, and get you the results you want in life.

What's in your way?

Becoming the best version of yourself becomes much easier once you become clear on who you want to be, and have a better understanding of why you do the things you do and don't do.

And overcoming self-sabotage becomes easier once you recognize what's holding you back.
