Does laziness actually exist?
Laziness is what we call ourselves when we don't feel like doing something, but there are underlying causes for laziness. So, being lazy isn't necessarily what you should focus on here.
There are many underlying causes of laziness.
Laziness is a state of inertia where there's no movement, so nothing gets done. Inactivity yields no results, so the quicker you can stop being lazy—the better.
Instead of focusing on how to stop being lazy, put your attention to what your body needs to function at its best. In other words, what can you do to provide your body and mind with the energy it needs to get things done?
Below are common challenges that get in the way. Although they're common, they're not friendly. These challenges can last a lifetime.
Overcoming these challenges can remove years of stress and worry from your life, and get you the results you want in life.
